Methods of Shipping

In order to provide our customers with competitive prices, we determine the fastest and most cost-effective method for delivery after your order is submitted.

Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or Fedex Overnight. FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. If you have not received your order, please log into your account and check your order status. Some products take longer to ship than others. Depending on the order, some orders may be held until items with longer shipping times are ready to ship. Your order may be shipped in one or more packages and all packages may not ship the same day.

Discreet Packaging

All shipments are packaged inconspicuously and will never reference our company name or anything referring to items of value, such as gold, silver, bullion, etc.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments, regardless of size, are covered by our insurance policy. In the rare event your shipment is lost or damaged, we will refund your money or re-ship your items at our discretion.

If your item is lost in the mail or arrives in damaged condition, you must contact us immediately. For damaged packages, we must be notified within three business days after delivery.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for your package if you leave instructions for the delivery personnel to leave the package unattended or with a doorman, neighbor, or signed for by an employee at a rented mailbox such as the UPS store.  Such requests voids our insurance, if using our drop shipping service, please communicate this to your client.

It is our responsibility to file a claim with our insurance company if we deem the package has been lost or damaged during transit.


A signature is required on all packages over $250.

International Shipping

We will ship to many international locations.  Customer pays FedEx shipping rates and insurance.  Our insurance charged for international shipments is $.69 per $100 in value.
